The house had everything you could need and we really appreciated the little basket of goodies left on our arrival. A wonderful well kept house that has been maintained exceptionally well. 5/5. Beautiful house for a family birthday. We stayed with our family for our mother-in-laws 75th birthday. The house was presented immaculately on arrival with a beautiful and unexpected welcome goodie box. The attention to detail was second to none and the house was very comfortable. The property was well stocked with everything you could think of from linen to utensils to fire wood. It catered for all ages and the children had lots of fun in the games room. We can highly recommend this proporty to anyone for anytime of year (we went in November).

Wonderful place to stay - with amazing views and beautiful country walks / rides on the doorstep.
So relaxing - definitely recharged our batteries and enjoyed the space and local walks. Recommend the Vine pub in Goudhurst - they do takeaways also, in case you are too relaxed!
