There is definitely plenty to do at Bewl Water, and it lies just 14 mins away from Lakeview Oast. Bewl Water has modern facilities and plenty of parking. There is a restaurant and coffee shop, from which activities and sports can be arranged. The water sport activities include Paddle-boarding, Windsurfing, sailing, Canoeing and fishing, as well as Walking, cycling and Laser Challenge. You can also camp on in the grounds or visit for just the day.
From Lakeview Oast, head to the main road via the drive and turn left. Continue down this road for 1.5 miles until you reach the A24 dual carriageway. Join this road and take the first exit crossing over the dual carriage to Pillory Corner. Continue along this road until you rejoin the dual carriage way. Follow this road for 2 miles. The turning for Bewl Water is on the left.
Car admission: Cars park adjacent to the main activity centre but this parking is very cheap.
